Expert Review Without Full Bookkeeping Costs
Rec Check is a monthly subscription service where I review your bank reconciliation, give you written feedback, and coach you to become a better bookkeeper – all at a fraction of the cost of hiring someone to do it for you.
Each month, you do your reconciliation. I review it, identify any errors, suggest improvements, and answer your questions. Every quarter, we have a coaching call to discuss your progress and tackle any ongoing challenges.

How It Works
1. Subscribe and Complete Onboarding
Click the button below to subscribe via Stripe. You’ll then complete the onboarding process including our Letter of Engagement, AML checks, and granting me access to your accounting software.
2. Do Your Monthly Reconciliation
Complete your bank reconciliation each month (up to 50 transactions). This is your work – you’re learning by doing.
3. Receive Your Written Review
Within 5 working days, I’ll send you a written review identifying any errors, suggesting corrections, and answering questions you’ve emailed me.
4. Quarterly Coaching Call
Every 3 months, we’ll have a 45-minute Google Meet call to discuss your progress, problem-solve any challenges, and set goals for the next quarter.

I’m an AAT Licensed Bookkeeper, Xero Advisor Certified, and FreeAgent Accredited Practitioner. But what really matters is that I understand what it’s like to feel uncertain about numbers.
I’m neurodivergent myself – I wasn’t naturally “good with numbers” and I know the anxiety that comes with wondering if you’re doing things right. That’s exactly why I created Rec Check: to give you the expert guidance and reassurance you need, without taking over completely.
My background as a language teacher (I’m fluent in French, Spanish, and Russian) has shaped my approach. I translate financial jargon into plain English and explain things until they actually make sense – not just once, but as many times as you need.
